How long do orders take to process?

Right now, since we are such a small operation and we have many hats we are wearing everyday, our order processing times vary from same day to next day processing. Usually early in the work week you can expect same day processing, but closer to and on the weekends we are more busy and processing typically takes until the next day. We appreciate your patience as we continue to grow in hopes of streamlining this process.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we can not accept international orders at this time.

Do you accept returns?

We take pride in our commitment to delivering the finest products to our customers. We personally inspect every item before shipment for defects and flaws. What you see online is what you will get in your order. For this reason, all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen in transit. If something arrives damaged or defective from poor shipping conditions, we are happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Please e-mail orders@highlandgiftshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to assist.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been processed for shipping or is already in the mail on its way to you, we can cancel your order. You will know if the shipping has been processed if you receive an email containing a shipment tracking number.
